Very slowSlow communication, did not give option for international delivery which they then added international shipping on my order weeks later, sent an email telling me to pay additional money for shipment with no link on how to pay then eventually days later sent me the link, prolonging my order, then updated the delivery to tell me what courier and then the courier is still awaiting the item to be sent to them and it’s been nearly a week and the courier still have not been given the item to ship. I got no reply from their web chat, emails or Instagram, I ordered this 1st July and wanted my item before the 11th August, plenty of time and I will be very surprised if it gets to be on time for my holiday. Be nice to actually get a response from this company to give me an update! Poor service so far
